Judicatory Mediation is an important part of our country's judicatory system. With respect to the idea,reality and perfection ,jurisprudence world still lack integral and deep locating analysis.From three different aspects-idea,pracfice and reform,this essay will try to make a relatively full and objective discription and analysis of China's judicatory mediation system from the all-sides.
