摘要
本文探讨了光强、CO_2、NaHSO_3对匍茎翦股颖光合作用的调节控制。实验结果表明,匍茎翦股颖属于耐阴性的 C_3植物。一定浓度的 NaHSO_3具有提高叶绿素含量、降低叶绿素 a/b 值、增强光合速率、加速光合产物输出进程及增加干物质生产率等效应。研究指出,NaHSO_3增强光合速率与减小氧化氢酶、硝酸还原酶活性密切相关,为 NaHSO_3是光呼吸抑制剂的论点提供佐证。
Regulation and control of light intensity,CO_2 and NaHSO_3 on photosynthesis of Agrostis stolonifera L. were studied.The results showed that Agrostis stolonifera L.belong to tolerant cloudy C_3 plant.NaHSO_3 can obiously increase chlorophyll content、reduce chlorophyll a/b value、raise photosynthetic rate、quicken process of photosynthetic products export and enhance day matter production efficiency,etc.And that NaH- SO_3 raise photosynthetic rate is related to the decrease activity of catalase and nitrate reductase,for NaHSO_3 argument of inhibitor of photorespiration offer testimony.
