摘要神经系统疾病伴随的全身系统并发症是一个非常广泛的话题,因为中枢神经系统控制躯体许多其他脏器的功能，而且大脑不能脱离这些系统而独立存在。对多数系统性改变的确切机制还知之甚少，但是它们似乎还是取决于原发中枢神经系统病变的部位和严重程度。
