This paper is aimed to expound the theoretical and manufacturing principle of the invisibility, which can absorb visible light, near infrared rays, millimeter waves and centimeter waves. This article also includes the technological process of manufacturing tarpaulin of invisibility. The experimentation proved that the material of tarpaulin have outstanding stealth performance and have excellent physical- chemical performance
