摘要
我国既是猪肉生产大国也是猪肉消费大国,猪肉仍是我国居民最主要的肉类食物,所谓“猪粮安天下”,猪肉在我国具有不可替代的地位。中国本土猪种的起源可以追溯到数千年前,中国是世界上最早养猪的国家之一,古代就有关于猪的养殖和利用的文字记载。该文由古及今,介绍了中国文化中的猪崇拜与养猪的起源,得出猪在我国文化中的重要性;简述了从夏朝到近代,中国养猪业的发展历史;详尽分析了现代中国生猪育种的进程,百年间,中国大地上的猪种,从地方猪到引进猪种,不断轮转变化;结合我国猪各育种阶段的技术变化,分析了我国种猪育种的成绩,同时指出我国种猪育种存在的不足,并提出未来发展方向及对策,为我国生猪产业未来的发展提供参考。
China is both a major producer and consumer of pork,and pork remains the most important meat food for Chinese residents.As the saying goes,"pig food is safe for the world",and pork has an rreplaceable position in China.The origin of local pig breeds in China can be traced back thousands of years.China is one of the earliest countries in the world to train pigs,and there are written records of pig farming and utilization in ancient times.This article introduces the worship of pigs and the origin of pig farming in Chinese culture from ancient to modern times,and concludes the importance of pigs in Chinese culture.Briefly describes the development history of China's pig farming industry from the Xia Dynasty to modern times.A detailed analysis was conducted on the process of modern pig breeding in China.Over the past century,the pig breeds on the land of China have continuously rotated and changed from local pigs to introduced pig breeds;Based on the technological changes in various stages of pig breeding in China,this article analyzes the achievements of pig breeding in China,points out the shortcomings of pig breeding in China,and proposes future development directions and countermeasures,providing reference for the future development of China's pig industry.
