摘要
新质生产力对人力资源禀赋和劳动力素质提出显著需求,它不仅要求劳动者具备专业知识和技能,还需要具备担当作为的情怀、快速学习的能力、跨界融合的本领和持续创新的意识。现阶段,劳动者培育工作面临着诸多挑战,如培育理念相对滞后、人才供给结构失衡、培育过程间断阻隔、培养力量零散分化等。解决这些问题,可以通过培育工匠精神凝聚价值追求、创新培养模式深化产教融合、推行终身培训赋能人才成长、改进工会工作培育劳动大军等实践途径,从而培养适应新质生产力发展要求的新型劳动者。
The new quality of productive forces has put forward significant demands on human resource endowment and labor quality,which not only require workers to possess professional knowledge and skills,but also need to have a sense of commitment,the ability to learn quickly,the ability to cross-border integration and the awareness of continuous innovation.At the present stage,the cultivation of workers faces many challenges,such as the relatively backward cultivation concept,structural imbalance in the supply of talents,intermittent obstacles in the cultivation process,and fragmentation of cultivation forces.To solve these problems,we can cultivate new types of workers to meet the requirements of the development of new quality productivity by cultivating the spirit of craftsmanship,deepening the integration of industry and education through innovative cultivation modes,promoting lifelong training and empowering the growth of talents,and improving the work of trade unions to cultivate the workforce,among other practical ways.
