摘要
图木舒克市作为新疆生产建设兵团唯一的国家重点生态功能区,具有防风固沙的重要功能。为全面、准确、客观评价该功能区生态质量状况,剖析影响生态质量的主要因素,从而优化生态环境保护措施。本文依据《区域生态质量评价办法(试行)》开展图木舒克市生态质量评价,深入分析该区域生态质量情况,诊断明确了图木舒克市面临的生态质量问题,针对突出问题提出生态质量改善对策建议,以期为兵团同类区域生态质量评价及生态质量改善政策制定提供科学依据。
As the only national key ecological function zone of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps,the Tumxuk City plays an important role in preventing wind and fixing sand.In order to comprehensively,accurately and objectively assess the ecological quality of the function area and to analyze the main factors affecting the quality of the ecological environment,so as to optimize environmental protection measures.Based on the“Regional Ecological Quality Evaluation Method(Trial)”,this article conducts an ecological quality evaluation of Tumxuk City,deeply analyzes the ecological quality situation in the region,diagnoses and clarifies the ecological quality problems faced by Tumxuk City,and proposes ecological quality improvement measures and suggestions for prominent problems,in order to provide scientific basis for the ecological quality evaluation and ecological environment protection policy formulation of similar regions in the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps.
