摘要
近年来,随着网络技术的迅猛发展,网络诈骗案件层出不穷,其手段花样繁多,严重影响到高校大学生的经济安全、身心健康以及高校日常管理等。大学生作为社会的新鲜血液,其防范意识相对薄弱,容易受到不法分子的侵害。为提升大学生的防诈骗意识,减少高校诈骗事件的发生,应构建多方参与的大学生防诈骗协同治理机制。具体而言,高校应加强与公安机关、互联网公司、金融机构等社会各界的沟通与协作,共同构建信息共享、资源整合、风险预警、宣传教育等一体的防诈骗体系。通过整合各方资源,形成合力,共同维护大学生的合法权益,为高校的安全稳定提供有力保障。
In recent years,with the rapid development of network technology,online fraud cases emerge one after an-other with various means,which seriously affects the economic security,physical and mental health and daily management of college students.As the fresh blood of society,college students’awareness of prevention is relatively weak,and they are eas-ily infringed by criminals.In order to enhance college students’anti-fraud awareness and reduce the occurrence of fraud inci-dents in colleges and universities,a multi-party cooperative governance mechanism for college students’anti-fraud should be constructed.Specifically,colleges and universities should strengthen communication and cooperation with public security or-gans,Internet companies,financial institutions and other sectors of society,and jointly build an anti-fraud system integrating information sharing,resource integration,risk early warning,publicity and education.Through the integration of resources from all parties,a joint force is formed to jointly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of college students,and provide a strong guarantee for the safety and stability of colleges and universities.
