摘要
基层治理是国家治理的基石。基层干部是基层治理的关键力量,基层干部治理能力提升直接关系到基层治理现代化目标的实现。干部教育在提高新时代基层干部治理能力方面发挥着不可替代的作用。干部教育培训应把握住新时代基层干部治理能力构成以及新时代基层干部治理能力提升对干部教育培训提出的要求,从加强顶层设计、培训需求分析管理、精准安排培训内容、精准优化师资、改进培训方式方法、健全培训效果评估机制与加强考评结果运用等方面发力,发挥好干部教育培训在提高新时代基层干部治理能力中的积极作用。
Grassroots governance is the cornerstone of national governance.Grassroots cadres are the key force in grassroots governance,the improvement of grassroots cadres’governance ability is directly related to the realization of the modernization goal of grassroots governance.Cadre education plays an irreplaceable role in improving the governance ability of grassroots cadres in the new era.Cadre education and training should grasp the composition of the governance ability of grassroots cadres in the new era and the requirements for cadre education and training to improve the governance ability of grassroots cadres in the new era,efforts will be made to strengthen top-level design,training needs analysis and management,accurately arrange training content,precise optimization of teaching staff,improving training ways and methods,improve training effectiveness evaluation mechanism and enhance the application of evaluation results,give full play to the positive role of cadre education and training in improving the governance ability of grassroots cadres in the new era.
