摘要
女性作为参与老年教育的重要群体,调查其学习现状及影响老年教育教学质量的相关因素,对实现积极老龄化和解决我国面临的人口难题具有积极意义。对河北省老年教育女性学员个体特征、家庭背景、环境因素和学习期望的分析,揭示了老年教育参与度的多维影响因素。研究发现,当前的老年教育供给未能充分满足女性群体对教育的多元化需求,同时存在教育资源在省、市、县层面的不均衡分布问题。为提升新时代老年教育教学质量,应增进老年教育心理赋权,充分发挥老年女性的潜在生产性价值和家庭支持价值,代际反哺促进老年女性教育融入,提升志愿服务的社会效应,促进区域间老年教育的协同发展。
Women as an important group participating in the education for the aged,it is of positive significance to in-vestigate their learning status and related factors affecting the teaching quality of the education for the aged to realize active aging and solve the population problem facing China.The study analyzes the individual characteristics,family background,environmental factors and learning expectations of female learners in Hebei Province,and reveals the multi-dimensional in-fluencing factors of the participation in elderly education.It is found that the current supply of education for the elderly fails to fully meet the diversified needs of female groups for education,and there is an unbalanced distribution of educational re-sources at the provincial,city and county levels.In order to improve the teaching quality of elderly education in the new era,it should enhance the psychological empowerment of elderly education,give full play to the potential productive value and family support value of elderly women,promote the integration of elderly women’s education through intergenerational feed-back,enhance the social effect of voluntary service,and promote the coordinated development of elderly education among regions.
