摘要
为健全实验室安全管理体系,提升实验室安全管理水平,研究了主动安全在高校实验室安全管理中的应用。分析传统的被动安全模式下实验人员安全意识薄弱、安全知识缺乏、责任感不强、管理困难等固有弊端,对比主动安全模式下安全意识强、警惕性高、可降低事故频率与等级、可优化管理制度等客观优势,从实验室规章制度、人才队伍建设、经费支撑保障、安全知识培训等实验室安全管理体系入手进行主动安全管理的探索与实践。实现了实验室主动安全管理体系科学化、规范化、常态化和专业化,进一步增强了实验室安全管理能力。
In order to improve the laboratory safety management system and enhance the level of laboratory safety management,this study explores the application of proactive safety in the safety management of university laboratories.Based on the analysis of the inherent shortcomings of the traditional passive safety model,such as weak safety awareness,lack of safety knowledge,weak sense of responsibility,and management difficulties,and the objective advantages of the proactive safety model,such as strong safety awareness,high vigilance,reduced frequency and severity of accidents,and optimized management systems,the research delves into practical exploration of the laboratory's proactive safety management system.It includes the establishment of proactive safety regulations,team building,financial support,and safety knowledge training.The implementation of a scientific,standardized,regular,and professional proactive safety management system in laboratories has further strengthened the laboratory's safety management capabilities.
