摘要
为进一步促进智能制造装备在实验教学中的应用,培养学生编程能力,设计并搭建模拟工业机器人(IR)单轴运行的旋转矢量(RV)减速器测试平台。平台对于研究RV减速器传动原理、内部复杂结构组成以及IR运行机制具有积极作用。实验结果表明,平台能满足预定的功能需求,结合Matlab软件能有效分析、计算RV减速器的传动比、传动效率、传动误差等关键参数;平台丰富了实验教学内容,能提高学生实验数据分析、处理能力,加强对理论知识的理解,提升学生工程实践能力。
In order to further popularize the application of intelligent manufacturing equipment in experimental teaching and cultivate students'hands-on programming ability,the RV reducer test platform simulated working conditions is designed and built.The paper discusses the construction process of RV reducer test platform from three aspects,i.e.,test platform design,simulated working conditions realization and experimental test.The platform has many positive effects on the study of RV reducer transmission principle,internal complex structure composition and industrial robot operation mechanism.The experimental results show that the test platform basically meets the relevant functional requirements.Combined with Matlab,the key parameters such as transmission ratio,transmission efficiency and transmission error of RV reducer can be effectively analyzed and calculated.At the same time,the platform can improve students'ability to analyze and process experimental data,strengthen their understanding of theoretical knowledge,and enrich the experimental teaching content,thereby enhancing engineering practice skills.
