摘要
骨质疏松症和衰弱的发病率随年龄增长逐渐升高,二者相互影响。骨质疏松症伴衰弱患者容易发生跌倒、骨折等,中医认为其病因病机为肾脾虚衰、气血俱损,治疗与护理均以补肾健脾、调畅气机、滋阴补血为主,对骨质疏松症伴衰弱患者的中医特色护理主要从中医传统功法、饮食调护、情志调摄、中医护理技术等方面进行。通过综述骨质疏松症伴衰弱的病因病机和中医特色护理方法,旨在为医护人员制定科学有效的护理措施提供参考。
Osteoporosis and debilitating incidence rate gradually increase with age,and both affect each other.Patients with osteoporosis accompanied by weakness are prone to falls and fractures.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the etiology and pathogenesis of osteoporosis are kidney spleen deficiency and weakness,as well as loss of Qi and blood.Treatment and nursing mainly focus on tonifying the kidney and spleen,regulating Qi flow,nourishing Yin and blood,and supplementing blood.Traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing for patients with osteoporosis accompanied by weakness mainly includes traditional Chinese medicine exercises,dietary regulation,emotional regulation,and traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques.By reviewing the etiology,pathogenesis,and traditional Chinese medicine nursing methods of osteoporosis accompanied by weakness,the aim is to provide reference for medical staff to develop scientific and effective nursing measures.
