摘要
某石化公司实施先进过程控制(APC)后,蜡油加氢装置的目标产品收率从91.20%提升至91.77%,增长了0.57百分点,主要运行参数的标准偏差显著降低,有效减少了产品质量波动。此外,通过整定DCS(集散控制系统)控制回路的PID(比例、积分、微分)参数,明显提升了装置自控率。APC系统通过DCS组态和软件设置,实现了常规控制与先进控制的无扰动切换,保证了系统的安全性。该系统采用的模型结合了机理分析和数据回归,无需阶跃测试,适应性强,处于国内先进水平。此外,APC系统简化了操作流程,降低了劳动强度,促进了生产的精细化管理。
After implementing advanced process control(APC),the target product yield of the wax oil hydrogenation unit of a petrochemical company increases from 91.20%to 91.77%,a growth of 0.57 percentage points,and the average standard deviation of the main operating parameters decreased by 38.79 percentage points,effectively reducing product quality fluctuations.Additionally,by tuning the PID(proportional-integral-derivative)parameters of the DCS(distributed control system)control loops,the self-control rate is significantly improved.The APC system achieved a disturbance-free switch between conventional control and advanced control through DCS configuration and software settings,ensuring system safety.The model used by the system combines mechanism analysis and data regression,requiring no step testing,showing strong adaptability,and being at an advanced level domestically.Furthermore,the APC system simplifies operational processes,reduces labor intensity,and promotes refined production management.
