炼厂干气分离回收技术研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 随着国内炼化资源的全面优化,装置呈现大型化和一体化的发展趋势,炼厂干气的利用价值和潜在的经济效益逐渐受到业内重视,干气资源化有效利用成为研究热点。文中介绍了炼厂干气的来源和性质,综述了回收炼厂干气的主要方法,包括深冷分离法、吸附分离法、油吸收法、膜分离法和梯级耦合回收工艺等,并对不同技术路线进行优缺点对比。在实际操作中,企业应结合装置特点,对不同方案进行充分的技术评估和经济性分析,确定最优工艺路线,实现效益最大化,提高企业的市场竞争力。 With the comprehensive optimization of domestic refining and chemical resources,the plant scale is showing a trend of large-scale and integrated development.The utilization value and potential economic benefits of refinery dry gas are becoming increasingly significant,and the effective utilization of dry gas resources has gradually become a research hotspot.This article introduces the sources and properties of refinery dry gas,summarizes the main methods for recovering refinery dry gas,including cryogenic separation,adsorption separation,oil absorption,membrane separation and cascade coupling recovery process,and compares the advantages and disadvantages of different technical routes.In practical operation,enterprises should conduct sufficient technical evaluation and economic analysis of different schemes based on the characteristics of the equipment,determine the optimal process route,achieve maximum benefits,and improve the market competitiveness of the enterprise.
