摘要
在新时代背景下,将课程思政融入老年教育领域不仅是终身教育体系中的关键一环,更是推动社会文明进步的重要举措。研究了新时代老年教育课程思政的基本内涵和运转机制,深入剖析了其在国家、社会、社区和个人不同层面的价值意蕴。进一步提出“全面培养⁃深度聚建⁃多维融入⁃精准评价”四位一体的实践策略,旨在打造德能兼备的稳定教师队伍、建设体系化的课程思政资源、发展灵活多样的思政教学模式、构建立体多元的思政教学评价体系。这一策略有助于老年教育实现知识传授与价值引领的同频共振,培养具有积极老龄观的新时代健康老人。
Under the background of the new era,integrating ideological and political theory education into elderly education is not only a crucial part of the lifelong education system but also an important measure to promote social progress.This article studies the basic connotations and operational mechanisms of curricular ideological and political theory education in elderly education in the new era,and deeply analyzes its value implications at various levels—national,societal,community,and individual.Furthermore,a four⁃in⁃one practical strategy of"comprehensive cultivation,deep aggregation,multi⁃dimensional integration,and precise evaluation"is proposed.The strategy aims to build a team of elderly education teachers who possess both moral integrity and teaching abilities,construct systematic curricular ideological and political resources,develop flexible and diverse teaching models,and establish a varied evaluation system.Such a strategy is beneficial for achieving a resonance between knowledge learning and value guidance in elderly education,and for cultivating healthy elderly individuals with a positive view of aging in the new era.
