华能霞浦核电厂陆域形成方案研究

摘要 华能霞浦核电厂是典型的海岛核电厂,需充分考虑交通条件、工程地质、土石方平衡、工后沉降等对陆域形成的影响。根据场地特点和制约因素,提出了常规插塑料排水板堆载预压(方案一)、两阶段插打塑料排水板堆载预压处理上部软土和低置换率碎石桩处理深层欠固结黏土的组合(方案二)、爆破挤淤置换软土(方案三)等3个陆域形成和地基处理方案。对软土大变形导致塑料排水板通水量下降、深层欠固结黏土对长期沉降的影响、回填料对桩基施工的影响等关键问题提出了解决方法。方案二填海区工后沉降小于0.5 m,对后续桩基施工最为有利,虽然工程费用偏高,但综合效益最好,可作为填海区陆域形成推荐方案。 The Huaneng Xiapu Nuclear Power Plant is a typical nuclear plant built on offshore island,and it is necessary to fully consider the impact of transportation conditions,engineering geology,earthwork balance and residual settlement on land reclamation.Based on the characteristics and constraints of the site,three land reclamation and foundation treatment plans were proposed,including regular surcharging with prefabricated vertical drains(Option 1),combination of surcharging with two stages of prefabricated vertical drains installed at different levels to consolidate upper soft soil and stone columns installed in deep-seated under-consolidated cohesive layers with low area replacement ratio(Option 2),and blasting replacement of soft soil(Option 3).Critical issues including decreasing of discharge capacity of prefabricated vertical drains due to large deformation of soft soil,contribution of deep-seated compressible cohesive layers to long term settlement,and impact of reclamation fill on pile foundation construction were solved.For Option 2,the residual settlement at reclamation area is less than 0.5 m,and is most favorable for pile foundation construction.Although the cost of Option 2 is the highest,the comprehensive benefits are the best,so Option 2 is recommended for land reclamation in the project.
