摘要
新时代背景下,加强高校基层党校建设、发挥党校铸魂育人功能,对高校坚持立德树人根本任务、落实“三全育人”具有重要意义。本文基于马克思主义的世界观和方法论,深入分析了新时代高校基层党校铸魂育人的价值意蕴,剖析了当前党校铸魂育人面临的现实困境,进而提出深化理论武装、强化实践教学、拓展育人平台、创新教育模式、加强师资建设、健全评价体系六个方面的实践路径,以期为新时代高校基层党校铸魂育人提供理论参考和实践指导。
In the context of the new era,strengthening the construction of grass-roots party schools in higher education institutions and enhancing their role in shaping character and educating students has significant implications for colleges and universities to uphold the fundamental task of moral education and implement the“Three-wide Education”approach.This paper deeply analyzes the value implications of character shaping and education in grass-roots party schools in the new era,dissects the current practical challenges faced by party schools in character shaping and education based on the worldview and methodology of Marxism,and further proposes six practical paths:deepening theoretical armament,strengthening practical teaching,expanding education platforms,innovating educational models,enhancing faculty development,and improving evaluation systems.These suggestions aim to provide theoretical references and practical guidance for character shaping and education in grass-roots party schools of higher education institutions in the new era.
