摘要
机电一体化属于综合性的技术体系,其在机械设计、制造中至关重要。近年来,随着智能制造、自动化技术的发展,自适应控制系统开始得到广泛关注,其应用可提高机械设备性能,保证高精度加工。同时,自适应控制系统能根据实际情况变化,对控制参数进行自动调整,以维持最理想的运行状态,克服了传统控制系统的局限性。对此,文章基于机电一体化视角,探究自适应控制系统在机械设计中的应用。
Mechatronics is a comprehensive technical system,which is very important in mechanical design and manufacturing.In recent years,with the development of intelligent manufacturing and automation technology,adaptive control system has been widely concerned,and its application can improve the performance of mechanical equipment and ensure high-precision machining.At the same time,the adaptive control system can automatically adjust the control parameters according to the actual situation,so as to maintain the best running state and overcome the limitations of the traditional control system.Based on the perspective of mechatronics,this paper explores the application of adaptive control system in mechanical design.
