摘要
2008年世界金融危机爆发之后,现代分享经济首先兴起于欧美各国,2011——2014年曾出现井喷式发展。中国分享经济的快速兴起虽然稍晚,但自2013年以来发展势头很猛,并正起着引领全球分享经济发展的作用。分享经济的发展正在推动着分享型城市建设,国内一批城市拟建或正在着手建设分享型城市。从理论上分析,分享型城市的增长路径完全契合城市理性增长的逻辑:大众参与、资源要素的快速流动与高效配置,而城市理性增长的实际效果如何,确实是一个值得研究的崭新课题。目前,尚未发现有对分享型城市理性增长成效进行测算与评价的研究成果,本文仅仅只是一个尝试。
After the outbreak of the global financial crisis in 2008,modern sharing economy emerged in European and American countries,and witnessed a blowout development from 2011 to 2014.Although lagging behind a little,China's sharing economy has also been developing vigorously since 2013,and is playing a leading role worldwide.The development of the sharing economy is promoting the construction of sharing cities,and a number of cities in China are planning or have already started the construction of a sharing city.Theoretically speaking,the growth path of sharing cities completely conforms to the logic of rational urban growth:mass participation,rapid flow and efficient allocation of resource elements.However,how effective the actual rational growth of cities is indeed a brand-new topic worthy of research.At present,no research results have been published on the measurement and evaluation of the effectiveness of the rational growth of sharing cities,and this study is just a tentative work.
