不同环境温度下预热式氧枪射流特性数值模拟

Numerical simulation of jet characteristics of preheating oxygen lance at different ambient temperatures

摘要 针对新疆某钢厂100 t转炉氧枪炼钢效率低、化渣慢、喷溅率高等问题,对氧枪喷头入口氧气温度进行预热,以改善氧气射流的动力学性能。基于Fluent软件,研究不同环境温度(300、1873 K)下预热温度对五孔氧枪射流特性的影响规律。结果表明,相比预热温度,环境温度对射流特性的影响更大。随着环境温度增加,射流独立性增强,速度衰减变慢,射流融合距离和射流核心区长度均增加;随着预热温度增加,射流速度、湍动能和温度均增加,密度和动压均减小。对100 t转炉五孔氧枪而言,最佳冶炼枪位为2.5 m,化渣枪位为3.0 m,最佳预热温度为600 K。在炼钢温度下,预热温度为300 K和600 K的最大有效冲击面积分别为0.435 m^(2)和0.485 m^(2),最大化渣面积分别为0.885 m^(2)和1.110 m^(2),在2.5 m冶炼枪位下的冲击深度分别为0.361 m和0.244 m。当最佳预热温度为600 K时,与不进行预热(300 K)时相比,有效冲击面积提高11.49%,化渣面积提高25.42%,冲击深度降低32.41%,可有效降低喷溅风险,提高冶炼效率。 Aiming at the problems of low steelmaking efficiency,slow slagging and high splashing rate of 100 t converter oxygen lance in a steel plant in Xinjiang,the oxygen temperature at the inlet of oxygen lance nozzle was preheated to improve the dynamic performance of oxygen jet.Based on Fluent software,the influence of preheating temperature on the jet characteristics of five-hole oxygen lance at different ambient temperatures(300 and 1873 K)was studied.The results show that the ambient temperature has a greater influence on the jet characteristics than the preheating temperature.As the ambient temperature increases,the jet independence becomes stronger,the velocity attenuation becomes slower,and the jet fusion distance and the length of the jet core area become larger.With the increase of preheating temperature,the velocity,turbulent kinetic energy and temperature of the jet increase,and the density and dynamic pressure decrease.For the five-hole oxygen lance of 100 t converter,the optimum smelting lance position is 2.5 m,the slag melting lance position is 3.0 m,and the optimum preheating temperature is 600 K.At the steelmaking temperature,the maximum effective impact areas at preheating temperatures of 300 and 600 K are 0.435 and 0.485 m^(2),respectively,and the maximum slag areas are 0.885 and 1.110 m^(2),respectively.The impact depths at 2.5 m smelting lance position are 0.361 and 0.244 m,respectively.Compared with 300 K without preheating,the optimal preheating temperature of 600 K increases the effective impact area by 11.49%,the slag area by 25.42%,and the impact depth by 32.41%,which can effectively reduce the risk of splashing and improve the smelting efficiency.
