本文對《天回醫簡》中的部分字詞提出了新的訓釋意見。《療馬書》中的“齊刀”讀爲“資/■刀”,訓利刀;“屬”讀爲“䐁”,訓臀或肛門;“約”可能表示衰病或衰弱。《治六十病方和齊湯法》中的“段”表示棰擊;“灑”表示過濾。《脉書·下經》“頭多番者”之“番”讀爲“煩”,訓頭熱痛;“澤”表示潤澤;“泛泛活活”表示水流貌、水流聲;“肩不”“肩似否”之“不/否”讀爲“拔”,表脱落、脱墮。《逆順五色脉臧驗精神》“冬藏陰,夏并陽”之“并”訓藏。字詞訓釋、文義疏解是基礎性工作,對《天回醫簡》的深入、系統研究仍待接續。
The article provides new explanatory opinions on some words in the Tianhui Medical Bamboo Slips.In the Book of Treating Horses(《療馬書》),qidao(齊刀)should be read as zidao(資刀)or qidao(■刀),meaning a sharp knife;zhu(屬)should be read as zhuo(䐁),meaning buttocks or anus;yue(約)may mean to be debilitated or weak.In the Blending Decoctions to Treat 60 Ailments(《治六十病方和齊湯法》),duan(段)means to pound(with a pestle);xi(灑)means to filter something.In the Book of the Channels:Book Two(《脉書·下經》),fan(番)in the phrase tou duo fan zhe(頭多番者)should be read as fan(煩),meaning heat headache;ze(澤)means to be sleek;fanfan huohuo(泛泛活活)refers to the appearance and sound of water flow;fou(不/否)in the phrase jian fou(肩不)and jian si fou(肩似否)should be read as ba(拔),meaning to be dislocated.In the Contrary and Complying,Five Colors,Channels,and Viscera in Observing the Essence and Spirit(《逆順五色脉臧驗精神》),binɡ(并)in the sentence donɡcanɡyin,xia binɡyanɡ(冬藏陰,夏并陽)means to hoard.It is fundamental work to interpret words and clarify meanings,and Tianhui Medical Bamboo Slips still need thorough and systematic research.
