摘要
文章以火电厂热控自动化系统运行稳定性为研究对象,分析了影响系统稳定性的主要因素,包括环境因素、系统故障、操作因素等。在此基础上,提出了保障系统稳定性的有效措施,如改善系统功能单元设计、添加系统控制硬件、设置系统保护装置及实现系统控制的全自动化等。此外,还探讨了热控自动化系统的运维管理方法,包括监控检测系统运行状态、明确系统稳定性指标等。
This article takes the operational stability of thermal control automation systems in thermal power plants as the research object,and analyzes the main factors that affect system stability,including environmental factors,system failures,operational factors,etc.On this basis,effective measures to ensure system stability were proposed,such as improving the design of system functional units,adding system control hardware,setting up system protection devices,and achieving full automation of system control.In addition,the operation and maintenance management methods of thermal control automation systems were also discussed,including monitoring and detecting the operating status of the system,clarifying system stability indicators,etc.
