摘要
文章针对某发电厂电除尘器运行过程中存在的效率低、维护成本高、系统稳定性差等问题,提出了一套完整的电气系统改造方案。改造方案重点关注了高压供电系统、控制系统及振打系统的优化,并通过实际运行数据对比验证了改造方案的有效性。改造后,电除尘器除尘效率显著提升,运行稳定性得到改善,维护成本大幅降低,为电厂的安全稳定运行提供了保障。
The article proposes a complete electrical system renovation plan to address the problems of low efficiency,high maintenance costs,and poor system stability in the operation of an electrostatic precipitator in a power plant.The renovation plan focuses on optimizing the high-voltage power supply system,control system,and vibration system,and the effectiveness of the renovation plan has been verified through comparison of actual operating data.After the renovation,the dust removal efficiency of the electrostatic precipitator was significantly improved,the operational stability was improved,and the maintenance cost was significantly reduced,providing a guarantee for the safe and stable operation of the power plant.
