摘要
鸟撞是复合材料飞机结构安全的严重威胁.鸟体材料状态方程系数在鸟撞仿真中对冲击压力等仿真结果有重要的影响.为此,提出了一种确定鸟体状态方程系数的方法:基于一维鸟撞理论的简化方程获得鸟体峰值压力P_(H)与密度比μ_(z)的关系,通过对(μ_(z),P_(H))一元三次曲线拟合获得多项式状态方程系数C_(1),C_(2)和C_(3).利用鸟撞复合材料有限元仿真的应变响应和损伤结果验证所得状态方程系数.将所得系数用于鸟撞复合材料平板仿真,其结果与经试验验证的一组鸟体参数的仿真结果一致,该方法可为其他密度鸟体材料参数的确定提供借鉴.使用该方法有助于降低鸟撞仿真和飞机结构设计的鸟体试验成本.
Bird strikes pose a significant threat to the safety of composite aircraft structures.The coefficients of the bird material's equation of state significantly influence the simulation results,including impact pressure,in bird strike simulations.This paper introduces a method to determine the coefficients of the equation of state:the relationship between peak pressure(P_(H))and the density ratio(μ_(z))is derived from a simplified equation based on one-dimensional bird impact theory,and the polynomial coefficients C_(1),C_(2),and C_(3)are obtained by fitting a cubic curve to the(μ_(z),P_(H))data.The coefficients of the equation of state were validated using the strain response and damage results from finite element simulations of bird strike on composite plates.The simulation results using the coefficients obtained in this paper are consistent with experimental results based on a set of verified bird material parameters.This method can serve as a reference for determining coefficients for bird materials of different densities.This method helps reduce the costs associated with bird material testing in bird strike simulations and aircraft structure design.
