摘要
中学生面临中考、高考关键人生节点,升学压力使其全面发展常常被忽视。增值性评价有利于促进学生综合发展,但在开展评价过程中存在理论不够深入、理念不够前沿、标准不够清晰、主体不够多元、内容不够全面、方法不够综合、工具不够科学等问题。为了优化中学生增值性评价,需要夯实学理层面的增值评价理论、树立育人为本的增值性评价理念、制定全面个性的增值性评价标准、确立多元并重的增值性评价主体、倡导“五育并举”的增值性评价内容、采用质量结合的增值性评价方法、运用技术赋能的增值性评价工具,以期深化新时代教育评价改革。
Middle school students face the key life nodes of senior high school entrance examination and college entrance examination,and their all-round development is often ignored due to the pressure of entering a higher school.The value-added evaluation is conducive to promoting the comprehensive development of students,but there are some problems in the process of evaluation,such as the theory is not deep enough,the concept is not advanced enough,the standard is not clear enough,the subject is not diversified enough,the content is not comprehensive enough,the method is not comprehensive enough,and the tool is not scientific enough.To optimize the value-added evaluation of middle school students,it is necessary to consolidate the value-added evaluation theory at the academic level,establish the value-added evaluation concept of student-oriented education,formulate the value-added evaluation standard of comprehensive personality,establish the value-added evaluation subject of multiple and equal emphasis,advocate the value-added evaluation content of “Five Educations Simultaneously”,adopt the value-added evaluation method of quality combination,and use the value-added evaluation tool of technology empowerment,so as to deepen the reform of educational evaluation in the new era.
