摘要
黄炎培先生是我国近现代职业教育的开创者和奠基人,他提出了体系完整的职业教育思想,形成了较为完整的职业人才教育体系,其“手脑并用,学做合一”的教育教学原则、“敬业乐群”的职业道德教育思想等都对中国近现代职业教育产生了深刻的影响。基于此,分析在黄炎培职业教育理念下实施虚拟仿真实训教学改革的意义,探讨改革的总体框架、主要目标、总体思路和实施路径,以期探索构建虚拟仿真实训体系,优化人才培养中实践环节的教学形式,提高人才培养质量。
Mr.Huang Yanpei is the pioneer and founder of modern vocational education in China.He has put forward a complete system of vocational education thoughts,and a relatively complete system of education system of vocational talents has been formed.His educational and teaching principles of“using both hands and brains,learning and doing in one” and the professional ethics education thought of“being dedicated to work and being happy with others” have had a profound impact on modern vocational education in China.Based on this,this paper analyzes the implementing the teaching reform of virtual simulation training under the concept of Huang Yanpei in vocational education,and discusses the overall framework,main objectives,overall thinking and implementation path of the reform,in order to explore the construction of virtual simulation training system,optimize the teaching form of practical links in talent training,and improve the quality of talent training.
