随着人工智能技术的发展,大型语言模型在医学教学中的应用成为学者关注的热点,特别是ChatGPT,凭借其强大的自然语言理解和生成能力,在医学教学中发挥着多重作用。本文详细讨论了ChatGPT在医学教学中的应用,包括在线讨论交流、分析阅读文章、智能组阅卷和教学图像生成等多个方面,展示了其取得的显著效果。同时,也深入探讨了ChatGPT应用过程中面临的数据质量、模型幻觉、数据隐私安全、过度依赖和伦理道德等挑战,并提出了相应的解决思路。
With the development of artificial intelligence technology,the application of large-scale language models in medical education has become a hot topic of scholars'attention,especially ChatGPT.With its powerful natural language comprehension and generation capabilities,ChatGPT plays multiple roles in medical education.This article discusses in detail the application of ChatGPT in medical education,including online discussion and communication,passage analysis,intelligent grading,and teaching images generation,showcasing its significant results.At the same time,it also discusses in depth the challenges of data quality,model hallucination,data privacy and security,over-reliance and ethical issues that ChatGPT faces in the process of its application,and proposes corresponding ideas to solve them.At the same time,the article also delves into the challenges of data quality,model hallucination,data privacy and security,over-reliance,and ethical issues,and proposes corresponding solutions.
