摘要
目的探究超声剪切波弹性成像(SWE)及血流定量参数与乳腺癌组织MYB相关蛋白B(MYBL2)和转移相关基因蛋白1(MTA1)表达水平的相关性。方法选取济宁医学院附属医院2022年1月至2023年12月诊治的92例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,均行超声SWE及血流成像检查,且对患者癌组织MYBL2和MTA1表达水平进行检测,并分析超声SWE及血流定量参数与MYBL2和MTA1表达水平的相关性。结果不同病灶直径、临床分期的乳腺癌患者弹性模量最大值(E_(max))、弹性模量平均值(E_(mean))相比,差异有统计学意义(病灶直径:t=4.561、7.347;临床分期:t=4.218、7.554,P均<0.001);不同临床分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移的乳腺癌患者血流峰值流速(V max)、阻力指数(RI)、搏动指数(PI)相比,差异有统计学意义(临床分期:t=7.055、3.774、3.877;分化程度:F=26.830、21.052、20.412;淋巴结转移:t=7.425、3.685、4.956,P均<0.001)。不同MYBL2和MTA1表达水平的乳腺癌患者E_(max)、E_(mean)、V_(max)、RI、PI相比,差异有统计学意义(MYBL2:t=4.042、10.672、7.471、6.137、5.777;MTA1:t=5.968、10.470、8.098、10.238、7.565,P均<0.001)。经Spearman相关性分析,E_(max)、E_(mean)与病灶直径、临床分期、MYBL2表达水平、MTA1表达水平呈正相关(P均<0.001);V max、RI、PI与临床分期、淋巴结转移、MYBL2表达水平、MTA1表达水平呈正相关,与分化程度呈负相关(P均<0.001)。结论超声剪切波弹性成像及血流定量参数与乳腺癌组织MYBL2和MTA1表达水平有关,可作为临床乳腺癌诊治的重要参考指标。
ObjectiveTo explore the correlation between ultrasonic SWE,blood flow quantitative parameters and the expression levels of MYB-associated protein B(MYBL2)and metastasis-associated 1(MTA1)in breast cancer tissue.Methods92 patients with breast cancer diagnosed and treated in our hospital from Jan.2022 to Dec.2023 were selected as the study objects,all of whom underwent ultrasonic SWE and blood flow imaging examination.Furthermore,the expression levels of MYBL2 and MTA1 in cancer tissues were detected,and the correlation between ultrasonic SWE and blood flow quantitative parameters and the expression levels of MYBL2 and MTA1 was analyzed.ResultsThe difference between maximum elastic modulus(E_(max))and mean elastic modulus(E_(mean))in breast cancer patients with different lesion diameters and clinical stages was statistically significant(lesion diameters:t=4.561,7.347;Clinical stage:t=4.218,7.554,P<0.001);There were statistically significant differences in maximum blood flow velocity(V_(max)),resistance index(RI),pulse index(PI)among breast cancer patients with different clinical stages,differentiation degrees and lymph node metastasis(clinical stage:t=7.055,3.774,3.877;Differentiation degree:F=26.830,21.052,20.412;Lymph node metastasis:t=7.425,3.685,4.956,P<0.001).There were statistically significant differences in E_(max),E_(mean),V_(max),RI and PI among breast cancer patients with different expression levels of MYBL2 and MTA1(MYBL2:t=4.042,10.672,7.471,6.137,5.777;MTA1:t=5.968,10.470,8.098,10.238,7.565,P<0.001).By Spearman correlation analysis,E_(max) and E_(mean) were positively correlated with lesion diameter,clinical stage,MYBL2 expression level and MTA1 expression level(P<0.001);V_(max),RI and PI were positively correlated with clinical stage,lymph node metastasis,MYBL2 expression level and MTA1 expression level,and negatively correlated with differentiation degree(P<0.001).ConclusionThe expression levels of MYBL2 and MTA1 in breast cancer tissue are correlated with the ultrasonic shear wave elastography and blood flow quantitative parameters,which can be used as an important reference index for clinical diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.
