摘要
数字生态正在深刻重塑生产力模式,强调知识、信息和技术整合的重要性,对经济和社会发展具有重大意义。为揭示数字生态对新质生产力的作用及其内在逻辑,运用多元线性回归、时空地理加权回归和门槛模型对2019—2022年中国大陆31个省份的数据进行分析,研究数字生态中数字基础、数字能力和数字应用三大维度对新质生产力的影响。研究结果表明,数字能力与新质生产力存在显著正向关联,而数字基础对新质生产力的影响呈现负向趋势,数字应用对新质生产力的促进作用不显著。时间和空间分析揭示了数字能力的积极作用随时间增强和在东部沿海地区尤为显著,而西部地区的数字基础仍需改进以促进新质生产力增长。此外,当数字基础水平超过特定阈值时,其对新质生产力的正向影响显著增强。基于此,建议通过提升数字能力和利用时空特性优化数字策略以促进新质生产力增长,加大精准投资数字基础设施以跨越门槛值。
The digital ecosystem is profoundly reshaping the mode of productivity,emphasizing the importance of integrating knowledge,information and technology,which has significant implications for economic and social development.In order to reveal the function of digital ecology on new quality productivity and its internal logic,this study analyzes the data of 31 provinces in Chinese Mainland from 2019 to 2022 by using multiple linear regression,spatiotemporal geographical weighted regression and threshold model,and researches the impact of the three dimensions of digital ecology,i.e.,digital foundation,digital capability and digital application,on new quality productivity.The results indicate that there exists significant positive correlation between digital capability and new quality productivity while the impact of digital foundation on new quality productivity presents a negative trend,and the improvement effect of digital application on new quality productivity is not significant.The spatiotemporal analysis reveals that the positive role of digital capability increases over time and is particularly significant in the eastern coastal areas while the digital foundation in the western regions still needs improvement to promote the growth of new quality productivity.In addition,the positive impact of digital foundation on new quality productivity is significantly enhanced when it exceeds a specific threshold.Accordingly,it is suggested to promote the growth of new quality productivity by enhancing digital capability and optimizing digital strategies through utilizing spatiotemporal characteristics,and to increase precise investment in digital infrastructure so as to cross the threshold value.
