摘要
农业科技期刊是促进农业科技进步,增强科技文化自信,服务学科发展和人才培养的重要平台。本文通过分析农业科技期刊不同利益主体的利益诉求,阐述农业科技期刊践行使命担当的内涵与不同利益主体的利益冲突,并提出建立健全体制机制,营造把论文写在祖国大地上的学术氛围;更新办刊理念,拥抱新技术,探索集群化发展;平衡不同利益主体利益,推动不同利益主体协同发展等策略建议,以践行农业科技期刊的使命担当,推动农业科技期刊的高质量发展。
Agricultural sci-tech journals are important platforms to promote the progress of agricultural science and technology,enhance the self-confidence of science and technology culture,serve the development of disciplines and personnel training.By analyzing the interest demands of different stakeholders of agricultural sci-tech journals,this paper expounds the connotation of the mission of agricultural sci-tech journals and the conflicts of interest of different stakeholders,and puts forward corresponding strategic suggestions,including establishing and improving the system and mechanism,and creating an academic atmosphere of papers published in China;renew the idea of journals,embrace new technologies,and explore cluster development;balance the interests of different stakeholders and promote the coordinated development of different stakeholders,in order to fulfill the mission of agricultural sci-tech journals and promote the high-quality development of agricultural sci-tech journals.
