摘要
长期以来,西安经济发展与生态环境存在保护矛盾。本文梳理2012—2021年西安地区经济发展与生态环境的耦合协调关系,揭示该区域经济发展与生态环境的耦合协调规律及其动态特征。结果发现,西安地区经济发展系统与生态环境系统评价指数稳步上升;从耦合度来看,两系统呈现较高耦合,其相互作用影响程度增强,从协调度来看,两系统濒临失调,但二者相互作用正不断优化;从相对发展度来看,随时间推移,两系统实现了同步发展,应努力实现二者的协调发展。
For a long time,there has been a contradiction between economic development and ecological protection in Xi'an.This paper sorted the coupling coordination relationship between economic development and ecological environment in Xi'an from 2012 to 2021,revealed the regularities and dynamic characteristics of this relationship.The results showed that:the evaluation indices for the economic development system and ecological environment system in Xi'an have increased steadily;the economic and environmental systems achieve high coupling,and the degree of interaction influence was enhanced,the two systems of economy and environment were on the verge of imbalance,but multual influence was continuously optimizing moving towards optimization.From the perspective of relative development,synchronous development has been achieved over time,and efforts should be made to achieve high-quality coordinated development of the two.
