摘要
在论述5M1E与汽车零部件行业关联性的基础上,介绍了5M1E在车灯工业化方案策划中的应用。针对车灯项目策划的复杂性,从工业化角度进行业务分解。对照汽车质量管理体系标准,结合5M1E,从人、机、料、法、环、测六个方面进行分析,提出车灯工业化方案策划的新思路、新方向,有效保障车灯项目的成功落地。
On the basis of discussing the relevance of 5M1E and the auto part industry,the application of 5M1E in the planning of the industrialization scheme of automobile light was introduced.In view of the complexity of automobile light project planning,business decomposition was carried out from an industrial perspective.According to the automotive quality management system standard,combined with 5M1E,the analysis was carried out from six aspects such as man,machine,material,method,environment and measurement,and new idea and direction were put forward for the planning of automobile industrialization scheme of automobile light,so as to effectively ensure the successful implementation of automobile light project.
