摘要
研究聚晶立方氮化硼刀具切削QT700球墨铸铁时的磨损机制,选用不同立方氮化硼含量、颗粒大小、粘结剂成分的聚晶立方氮化硼刀具,分析不同切削参数对刀具磨损的影响。研究表明,立方氮化硼含量为80%,颗粒大小为8μm,粘结剂成分为钛、铝时,聚晶立方氮化硼刀具切削QT700球墨铸铁时获得更长的寿命优势。切削QT700球墨铸铁磨损机制为磨粒磨损、化学磨损、粘结磨损、扩散磨损的共同作用。切削速度较低时,以磨粒磨损为主导。随着切削速度的加快,化学磨损和粘结磨损逐渐起主导作用。
The wear mechanism of polycrystalline cubic boron nitride tool cutting QT700 ductile iron was studied,and the influence of different cutting parameters on tool wear was analyzed by selecting polycrystalline cubic boron nitride tools with different cubic boron nitride content,particle size and binder composition.The study shows that when the cubic boron nitride content is 80%,the particle size is 8μm,and the binder composition is titanium and aluminum,the polycrystalline cubic boron nitride tool can obtain a longer life advantage when cutting QT700 ductile iron.The wear mechanism of cutting QT700 ductile iron is the combined effect of abrasive wear,chemical wear,bond wear and diffusion wear.When the cutting speed is low,abrasive wear is dominant.As the cutting speed increases,chemical wear and bond wear gradually play a dominant role.
