摘要 成都市双流区公兴(中电子)再生水厂一期工程设计规模为10×10^(4) m^(3)/d,近期设备按7×10^(4) m^(3)/d安装,是现阶段全国唯一一座双线(工业废水与生活污水)并行的全地埋再生水厂,地面空间打造为城市滨水休闲公园。通过集约化设计,以AAOA+MBR作为核心工艺,创新性地使用SSgo固液秒分离系统,突破了传统重力、离心力、浮力等除渣限制因素,在压缩工程占地的同时实现了泥渣砂一体化快速分离,出水水质达《四川省岷江、沱江流域水污染物排放标准》(DB 51/2311-2016)。该项目于2020年8月正式投产,实际出水水质稳定优于设计标准。 The design scale of Chengdu Gongxing(Electronics)Reclaimed Water Plant Phase I project is 10×10^(4) m^(3)/d,with equipment currently installed at 7×10^(4) m^(3)/d.This is the only fully buried reclaimed water plant in China that operates in parallel for both industrial wastewater and domestic sewage,with the surface space developed into an urban waterfront leisure park.The intensive design utilizes AAOA+MBR as the core process and the innovative SSgo solid-liquid separation system to overcome traditional limitations of gravity,centrifugal force,buoyancy,and other slag removal factors.This results in integrated and rapid separation while saving space,and the effluent quality meets the"Water Pollutant Discharge Standard for Minjiang and Tuojiang River Basins in Sichuan Province"(DB 51/2311-2016).The project was launched in August 2020 and has consistently exceeded the design standard for effluent quality.
