摘要
广州市番禺区桥南净水厂设计规模为12×10^(4) m^(3)/d,采用全地埋式建设。地上为净水厂生产管理区及番禺区全区污水处理调度中心,其他区域设置绿化景观及开放的体育公园,地下为污水处理中心。出水水质执行一级A及V类水标准较严值,并预留了TN提质空间。主要处理工艺采用细格栅+曝气沉砂池+精细格栅+改良型AAO+二沉池+加砂高效沉淀池+反硝化滤池+紫外线消毒,其中反硝化滤池为可超越段,其设备结合远期水质提标要求另立项实施。通过分析该工程设计特点和新技术应用情况,探讨了新时代地埋式污水处理厂设计与研究方向,为其他类似工程的设计与优化研究提供参考。
The Qiaonan Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(MWTP)is designed with a treatment capacity of 12×10^(4) m^(3)/day,featuring a fully underground construction layout.The management area and control center for all MWTPs in Panyu District,Guangzhou,are located above ground,while the remaining area is covered with green spaces and sports facilities for public use.The effluent water quality meets the stringent Class A and Category V standards,with provisions for further nitrogen removal(TN)enhancements if necessary.The treatment process includes fine screening,an aerated grit chamber,a membrane grill,a modified AAO system,a secondary sedimentation tank,a high-efficiency sedimentation tank,a denitrification filter,and UV disinfection.Notably,the denitrification filter can be bypassed,with its equipment to be installed based on long-term planning.By analyzing the project's design features and application of new technologies,this study discusses future trends in underground MWTP design,providing insights for optimizing similar projects.
