摘要
机械脱水处理用于污泥减量已得到了成熟应用,但是目前仍缺乏对强化技术在深度脱水中的研究现状的系统梳理。本文聚焦于国内外市政污泥深度脱水强化技术的研究情况,分析了各种强化技术的作用机制和工艺特征。研究表明,强化技术主要通过优化絮体特性、破坏胞外聚合物(EPS)、去除亲水物质三种途径优化市政污泥的脱水性能,促进市政污泥中水的转化,以实现市政污泥的深度脱水。据此提出了未来的研究方向,包括识别市政污泥深度脱水处理过程中污泥颗粒尺寸的实时变化、识别深度脱水过程污泥各组分对有毒有害污染物迁移转化的影响机制、污泥不同层EPS对深度脱水的综合作用、回收能源和营养物质的潜力。这些研究方向将有助于进一步推动市政污泥深度脱水处理技术的发展和应用。
Mechanical dewatering treatment has been widely used for sewage sludge reduction,but there is still a lack of systematic overview on the application of enhanced technologies in sewage sludge deep dewatering.This study focuses on the research status of domestic and foreign enhanced technologies in sewage sludge deep dewatering,analyzing the mechanism and process characteristics of each technology.It is believed that enhanced technology mainly optimizes the dewatering performance of sewage sludge through optimizing floc characteristics,destroying extracellular polymeric substances(EPS),and removing hydrophilic substances.Conclusively,it can promote the conversion of water in sewage sludge to achieve deep dewatering.Based on the current research status,future research directions have been proposed,including identifying real-time changes in sludge particle size during deep dewatering treatment,identifying the impact mechanism of sludge components on the migration and transformation of toxic and harmful pollutants during deep dewatering treatment,the comprehensive effect of EPS from layers on deep dewatering,and the potential for energy and nutrient recovery of deep dewatering products.These research directions will help further promote the development and application of deep dewatering technology for municipal sewage sludge.
