摘要
绿色发展是新质生产力的内在要求。“新质生产力本身就是绿色生产力”这一重要论断深刻阐明了新质生产力与绿色生产力的内在联系,为加快发展方式绿色转型、以新质生产力赋能高质量发展提供了科学指南。新质生产力以“创新”特点推动绿色创新技术升级,以“质优”关键促进绿色发展方式形成,以“先进”本质贯彻绿色发展理念,进而实现生产力构成要素优化跃升,这对于满足人民美好生活需要、实现绿色经济高质量发展、共建清洁美丽的世界具有重要意义。培育和发展绿色新质生产力,必须紧跟世界科技革命与产业变革前沿趋势,将生态优先、节约集约这一绿色生产力的核心理念融入生产活动中,加快绿色技术创新与应用推广,推动产业数字化、智能化与绿色化深度融合,不断完善绿色治理体系,倡导绿色健康生活方式。
Green development is an intrinsic requirement of new productivity.The important assertion that“new productivity is itself green productivity”has profoundly elucidated the intrinsic connection between new productivity and green productivity,and provided a scientific guide for accelerating the green transformation of the development mode and empowering high-quality development with new productivity.New quality productivity is characterized by“innovation”“quality”and“advanced”.“Innovation”refers to promote the upgrading of green innovation technology;“quality”refers to promote the formation of green development mode,and“advanced”refers to implement the concept of green development.This is of great significance in meeting the people’s demand for a better life,realizing green and high-quality economic development,and building a clean and beautiful world.To cultivate and develop new green productivity,it is necessary to closely follow the trend of the world scientific and technological revolution and the frontiers of industrial change,integrate the core concept of green productivity of giving priority to ecology and economizing and intensifying into production activities,accelerate the innovation and application of green technology,promote the in-depth fusion of industrial digitization and intelligence with greening,continuously improve the green governance system,and advocate a green and healthy way of life.
