摘要
在建筑行业中,轻质隔墙板已得到了广泛的认可。它因质轻、环保、方便等特点代替了传统的隔墙板。隔墙板施工质量把控不严,很容易发生安全事故,通过对轻质隔墙板开裂的问题研究分析,将隔墙板施工过程中的卡件进行改造升级,并采取新的连接方式,使得隔墙板施工质量得以改进,避免了采用传统卡件所产生的施工隐患问题,从经济上,避免了因施工质量问题造成的经济损失,设计改进卡件并改变连接方式,确保了该工程的质量和安全。
In the construction industry,lightweight partition panels have been widely recognized.It replaces the traditional partition board because of its light weight,environmental protection and convenience.The construction quality control of the partition board is not strict,and it is easy to have safety accidents.Through the research and analysis of the cracking problem of the light partition board,the clamps in the construction process of the partition board are reformed and upgraded,and a new connection method is adopted to i mprove the construction quality of the partition board and avoid the construction hidden trouble caused by the traditional cla mps.The economic loss caused by construction quality problems is avoided,the design is improved and the connection method is changed to ensure the quality and safety of the project.
