摘要
为了提高超声滚挤压轴承套圈的表层性能,以42CrMo为试验对象,设计正交实验,基于试验结果,研究超声滚挤压加工参数对表层性能的影响规律。建立表面粗糙度、残余压应力和硬度的指数回归预测模型,采用方差分析验证模型的可行性。利用多目标进化策略(MOES)算法对指数回归预测模型进行优化,得到最优的加工参数及表层性能范围,通过试验验证优化结果的可靠性。结果表明:加工参数的最优取值范围为:转速[230,317]r·min^(-1),进给速度[15,16]mm·min^(-1),振幅[16,25]μm,静压力[498,540]N;表层性能的最优取值范围:表面粗糙度[0.432,0.455]μm,残余压应力[977,1052]MPa,硬度[705,714]HV。
To enhance the surface performance of ultrasonic rolling extrusion bearing rings,42CrMo was used as the test object to design orthogonal tests.The influence laws of ultrasonic rolling extrusion processing parameters on surface performance were studied based on tests results.The exponential regression prediction model for surface roughness,residual compressive stress and hardness was established,and the feasibility of the model was verified using variance analysis.The optimal processing parameters and surface perform-ance range were obtained by using the multi-objective evolutionary strategy(MOES)algorithm to optimize the exponential regression pre-diction model.The reliability of the optimization results was verified by tests.The results show that the optimal range of processing param-eters is:rotation speed of[230,317]r·min^(-1),feed speed of[15,16]mm·min^(-1),amplitude of[16,25]μm,static pressure of[498,540]N.The optimal range of surface performance values is:surface roughness of[0.432,0.455]μm,residual compressive stress of[977,1052]MPa,hardness of[705,714]HV.
