摘要
为了验证压缩空气启动系统设计是否合理,采用Flomaster软件为仿真平台,根据某自主化核电应急柴油发电机组压缩空气启动系统的管路布置、元件参数建立一维流体仿真模型,通过设置压缩空气启动系统模型的边界条件进行仿真分析,得到压缩空气启动系统中各元件的性能参数。将模拟结果与试验测试结果进行对比分析,结果验证了该仿真方法的正确性,可为同型号机组启动鉴定试验提供参考。
In order to verify the rationality of the design of the compressed air starting system,Flomaster software is used as the simulation platform to establish a one-dimensional fluid simulation model based on the pipeline layout and component parameters of the compressed air starting system of autonomous nuclear power emergency diesel generator set.By setting the boundary conditions of the compressed air starting system model for simulation analysis,the performance parameters of each component are obtained.The simulation results are compared and analyzed with the experimental results,the results show the accuracy of the simulation method.Besides,it can provide reference for the starting test of the same diesel generator set.
