高应变动测在海上风电大直径单桩打桩中的应用

摘要 在海上风电大直径单桩沉桩施工过程中,往往会因地勘资料不准或遭受恶劣海况天气等原因造成停锤事件发生,而长时间停锤又容易增加桩基无法顺利打入的风险。因此,如何降低沉桩风险,使桩基快速顺利打入至设计标高,并使桩基实测承载力满足设计要求,成为打桩工程成功的关键。以大连某海上风电项目为例,通过对14#风机单桩基础复打进行高应变动态测试,监测打桩应力与有效锤击能量,分析14#桩在长时间停锤后继打桩工况下的可打入性,判定桩身结构的完整性并通过Case法和CAPWAP实测曲线拟合法对基桩的极限承载力进行估算。研究结果可为海上风电大直径单桩长时间停锤复打条件下的可打性分析提供参考依据,对海上风电类似工况沉桩施工方案具有一定的指导意义。 In the construction process of large-diameter single pile sinking in offshore wind power,hammer stops often occur due to inaccurate geological survey data or adverse sea weather,etc.,while a long hammer stop is likely to increase the risk that the pile foundation cannot be driven smoothly.Reducing the risk of pile sinking is of great importance.The key to the success of the pile driving project is to drive the pile foundation to the design elevation quickly and smoothly and to ensure that the load capacity of the pile foundation meets the design requirements.Taking an offshore wind power project in Dalian as an example,through the high-strain dynamic test of 14#fan single pile foundation redriving,monitoring the driving stress and effective hammering energy,the driving ability of 14#pile under the condition of long-term stop hammering is analyzed.The structural integrity of the pile is determined and the ultimate bearing capacity of the foundation pile is estimated by case method and the CAPWAP curve fitting method.This study provides a reference for the feasibility analysis of large-diameter single pile in offshore wind power under the condition of long-term stop hammering,and has certain guiding significance for the construction scheme of pile driving under similar conditions in offshore wind power.
