微纤维对建筑地聚物砂浆的物理特性影响研究

Research on the Influence of Microfibers on the Physical Properties of Building Geopolymer Mortar

摘要 在地聚物砂浆中加入不同质量分数(1%、2%、3%)的微纤维,并对地聚物砂浆的物理性能进行系统地试验分析。研究结果表明,微纤维的添加显著提升了砂浆的抗裂性和力学强度。进一步的微观结构分析揭示,微纤维在砂浆中形成的网络结构有效地连接了材料内部的微裂纹,从而抑制了收缩并增强了整体稳定性。此外,考虑到建筑材料的经济性,还讨论了微纤维添加对成本效益的影响,为预算有限的建筑项目提供了实用的参考。 The microfibers with different mass fractions(1%,2%,3%)were added to geopolymer mortar,and the physical properties of geopolymer mortar were systematically tested and analyzed.The results indi⁃cate that the addition of microfibers significantly enhances the crack resistance and mechanical strength of the mortar.Specifically,the addition of microfiber with a mass fraction of 1%achieves a good balance be⁃tween cost and performance enhancement,particularly in terms of flexural and compressive strengths.Fur⁃ther microstructural analysis reveals that the network formed by microfibers within the mortar effectively bridges internal micro-cracks,thereby inhibiting shrinkage and enhancing overall stability.Additionally,considering the economic aspects of building materials,the effect of microfiber addition on cost-effective⁃ness was also discussed,providing practical references for budget-constrained construction projects.
