摘要
在聚酯装置中,终聚减速机齿轮箱输出轴转速小于3 r/min,采用振动检查方法,很难检测出轴承故障信号,无法通过噪音和温度变化发现齿轮箱低速轴轴承故障。结合一起终聚减速机齿轮箱故障实例,通过优化状态检测方法,及时发现齿轮箱存在的严重隐患,实现设备的预知性检修。
In the polyester plant,the rotating speed of the output shaft of the final polymerization reducer gearbox is less than 3 r/min,using vibration inspection method,it is difficult to detect the bearing fault sig⁃nal,and can not find the bearing fault of gearbox low-speed shaft through noise and temperature changes.Combined with a case of final polymerization reducer gearbox failure,by optimizing the state detection meth⁃od,the serious hidden dangers of the gear box are found in time,and the predictive maintenance of the equipment is realized.
