摘要
超柔绒涤锦复合纤维由聚酯(PET)、聚酰胺6(PA6)两种原料生产,探讨了260 dtex/72 f、8橘瓣形涤锦复合纤维的纺丝卷绕工艺。结果表明,当PA6切片的含水率控制在6×10^(-5)以内,PET纺丝温度为(288±1)℃,PA6纺丝温度为(270±1)℃,含油率为0.32%,卷绕速度为2950 m/min时,涤锦复合纤维的各项技术指标优良。
Super-soft polyester and polyamide 6 composite fibers are produced by polyester(PET)and poly-amide 6(PA6).The spinning and winding process of 260 dtex/72 f and 8 orange-petal shaped PET and PA6 composite fibers are studied.The results show that when the water content of PA6 chips is controlled within 6×10^(-5),the spinning temperature of PET is(288±1)℃,the spinning temperature of PA6 is(270±1)℃,the oil content is 0.32%,and the winding speed is 2950 m/min,the technical indexes of PET and PA6 compos-ite fibers are excellent.
