摘要
采用OM、SEM、EDS等检测方法对P92钢夹杂物进行了分析,研究了镁处理对P92钢夹杂物的改质影响。结果表明:与传统Si-Ca线相比,复合包芯线具有较强的脱氧能力,可改变钢中夹杂物形态和分布。应用传统Si-Ca线时,钢中的夹杂物为形状不规则的Al_(2)O_(3)颗粒状;应用镁含量为5%、铝含量为20%的复合包芯线时,夹杂物为近似球形的MgO-Al_(2)O_(3),尺寸变小;应用镁含量为12%、铝含量为11%的复合包芯线时,夹杂物为更加细小弥散分布的球形MgO-Al_(2)O_(3),改质后夹杂物不再聚集长大,成为更多的析出异质形核点。
The inclusions in P92 steel has been analyzed by using OM,SEM,EDS and other detection methods,and the effect of magnesium treatment on the modification of inclusions in P92 steel has been studied.The results show that compared with the traditional Si-Ca wire,the composite cored wire has a stronger deoxidization ability,it can change the morphology and distribution of inclusions in steel.When the traditional Si-Ca wire was used,the inclusions in the steel were irregularly shaped Al_(2)O_(3) particles.When the composite cored wire with content of 5%Mg and 20%Al has been applied,the inclusion were approximately spherical MgO-Al_(2)O_(3),and the size becomed smaller.When the composite cored wire with content of 12%Mg and 11%Al has been applied,the inclusions were spherical MgO-Al_(2)O_(3) with finer dispersion distribution.After modification,the inclusions no longer gather and grow become more heterogeneous nucleation points.
