摘要 介绍了单层整锻高压储氢容器锻件的材料选择、材料与氢相容性测试内容以及相关标准,深入分析了锻件氢脆性的影响因素和改进建议。探讨了容器锻件制造过程各个阶段所面临的技术难点,提出未来单层整锻高压储氢容器产业化发展的建议。 This paper focuses on material selection for forgings of single-layered integrally forged high-pressure hydrogen storage vessels,material and hydrogen compatibility tests and related standards.It also analyzes the factors that affect hydrogen embrittlement of forgings and provides suggestions for improvement.In addition,it discusses the difficulties faced at each stage of manufacturing and offers the suggestions for the industrial development of single-layered integrally forged high-pressure hydrogen storage vessels in the future.
