摘要 为了制造出国内首支交货重量超过50 t的大型FB2中压转子产品,公司在FB2高压转子成功研制的基础上,进一步分析了100 t级大型电渣锭冶炼、80 t级锻坯锻造及60 t级转子锻件热处理的制造难点,并针对冶炼、锻造和热处理工序的制造难点,采取了相应的工艺控制措施,在依次完成100 t级电渣锭的制备,以及锻造和热处理等工序后,对大型FB2中压转子锻件进行了全面的超声波、化学成分、力学性能、金相组织等检测,结果均满足要求,成功完成了50 t级大型FB2中压转子锻件的研制。 To manufacture the first large FB2 intermediate pressure rotor product with the delivery weight exceeding 50 tons,the company analyzed the challenges associated with manufacturing processes,including the smelting of 100-ton electroslag remelting ingots,the forging of 80-ton billets,and the heat treatment of 60-ton rotor forging,in view of the manufacturing difficulties of smelting,forging and heat treatment processes,corresponding process control measures were taken.After completing the preparation of 100 t class electroslag ingot,forging and heat treatment processes,comprehensive ultrasonic,chemical composition,mechanical properties,metallographic structure and other tests were carried out on large FB2 intermediate pressure rotor forgings,and the results met the requirements.The research and development of 50 t class large FB2 intermediate pressure rotor forging are successfully completed.
