摘要
泛素化是所有真核生物中的一种重要表观遗传修饰方式。RNF183蛋白家族是一类泛素连接酶,在泛素化介导不同肿瘤类型的发生发展中发挥着重要作用。该文重点对RNF183蛋白家族的种类、结构、功能以及在不同类型肿瘤中的调节作用机制和最新研究进展进行综述,为肿瘤诊断标志物开发、治疗药物研发等提供新的发展方向和理论依据。
Ubiquitination is an important epigenetic modification in all eukaryotic organisms,and the RNF183 protein family is a class of ubiquitin ligases that play an important role in ubiquitination mediating the development of different tumor types.This article focuses on the types,structures and functions of RNF183 protein family,as well as the mechanisms of their regulatory roles in different types of tumors and the latest research progress,which will provide new directions and theoretical basis for the development of tumor diagnostic markers and therapeutic drug development.
