摘要
该文综述了超敏蛋白HrpZ在植物病害防治中的重要性及其在不同治病变种中的可溶性表达条件。特别关注HrpZ在植物免疫和促进植物生长抗病性方面的作用。总结了针对不同变种的可溶性表达条件的研究进展,并探讨了HrpZ在工业生产中的挑战。对蛋白折叠因子和序列优化等思考,展望了未来研究方向和纯化方法的改进,旨在推动HrpZ蛋白在植物病害防治领域的应用。
The importance of hypersensitivity protein HrpZ in plant disease control and its soluble expression conditions in dif-ferent treated species were reviewed.Particular attention is paid to the role of HrpZ in plant immunity and promoting plant growth and disease resistance.This paper summarizes the research progress on soluble expression conditions for different vari-ants,and discusses the challenges of HrpZ in industrial production.This paper puts forward questions and reflections,including protein folding factors and sequence optimization,and looks forward to future research directions and improvement of purification methods,aiming to promote the application of HrpZ protein in the field of plant disease control.
